Every delivery from CARTERS comes with the documentation you need. That includes Buildable Truss Layouts, Manufacturing Statements for frames and Producer Statements (PS1) for trusses – along with ‘As Built’ producer statements for your records. For more complex commercial projects, we also offer BIM modelling services, truss consent services (including lintel design and fixings) and weatherproof site plans. Every frame and truss undergoes rigorous in-house quality assurance processes, and all manufacturing complies with NZS3604:2011 Timber Framed Buildings and consented specifications. Using only high-quality, kiln-dried, machine stress-graded timber and engineered wood products such as Hy90® LVL lintels, we ensure your build is durable and designed to stand the test of time. Our patented Brant Joint® further protects against bowing, and optional HIANDRI® fittings keep frames clear of water on site.
From initial estimate to on-site delivery, CARTERS takes care of the details. Frames and trusses can be supplied wrapped or unwrapped, with trusses marked to indicate positioning for faster on-site assembly.
